Cut scene 11 wasn't released to me. I would assume it was the ending of cut scene 10 where you are the victor and interrogate her before she dies, much like scene 8.

Marty comments on missing 'cut scene 11': "I cut clip 11 from the game because of schedule so it never got made, ...it was cut before it went through final animation.

From what I recall it was worked on in the very rough animatic stages but never got past the initial animation stages. At the time the project was in trouble and we were looking to cut cost any way possible."
