Thanks for having a bunch of pet rocks on the game design staff for WAR by the way. Ignoring all the smart input from DAOC fans, and trying to please too many people at once.
Guild Wars 2 will hopefully show you what you should have done. If that fails, then all hope is lost.

Even though I hated the game and thought it was a piece of shit, I still can look back and enjoy Paul Barnett... he's such a monkey that's all over the place :D
