When I got webroot and it restarted my computer my mouse or keys dont work fu*k you webroot

So I don't know how to update my webroot, it took my credit card, and said it would charge my card on the 13th, I renewed about the 7th, I just don't get it. It wouldn't update my information until my subscription expired, well I am now unprotected. What do I do now?

somebody please help me. i had to take my p.c. and have it scanned. the tech found over 400 viruses that was freezing it and the screen would shut off. he said the viruses were do to playing games which my grndson does now and then. what good is webroot if not not cleaning them or, what am i doing wrong. ouuuch need advise

I have had many different Security programs and found the Webroot works the best and actually blocks the most hackers, even Norton 360 could not do that
