isnt it beautiful....but then again when there is no limit to the wastefull use of tax dollars..why shouldnt it be....Stratford provided $10million...plus $4 million land(located on the old CNR railway shop site which was set on fire many years back...nice toxic site !!)...bringing Stratfords debt load up to a whopping $93 million dollars..(Woodstock same size city 20 minutes southeast only $23 million debt load for comparison)...come to Stratford and pay taxes galore!!
