Yeh it's quite hard and I've been learning how to do that I can do it pretty well now and in a few years I'll be in team gb for tge Paralympics

Most people who play on the paralympic level are able to get up on their own using their arms to tip the chair back into an upright position. Their really isn't any set technique that I know of to get up. Its something you have to figure out over time with practice

impressive... but how do they stand up after they fell? Do they need help or are they able to stand up on their own?
