Уеs, i'm sure. He was born in Dagestan or maybe Chechnya. Formally, this is russian mountain republics, but people they live are differ from ordinary russian guys like Fedor, Roman Zentsov, Sergey Haritonov, Denis Lebedev, Alex Povetkin, Nikolay Valuev and other.
