http://www.njqinternalarts.com The world within, creates the world without. NJQ stands for Nei Jia Quan, translated means 'internal fist'. NJQ is comprised of the Taoist internal martial arts Bagua Zhang, Tai Chi Chuan Chuan, and Xing Yi Quan. These Internal Martial Arts focus strongly on long-term health and therapeutic healing of the body, their roots deriving from the tradition of Nei Gung Taoist meditation. The Internal Martial Arts systems are based on traditional Chinese medicine. They are noted for their profound positive effects on mind, body, spirit, and health. They create a clear meditative state of mind for the practitioner. Their content is formidable for creating great fighting prowess. They are the roots of many modern day fighting arts, however, for a practitioner dedicated to these arts in their totality, improved fighting skills is only viewed as a useful by-product.

When it comes to Martial Arts, our focus is on the Art first, the Martial, second. Each of us is an original piece of art in motion working in tandem with all of life. With effective tools we can improve our capacity to create whatever work we can conjure up in our imagination.

  • The man has gong fu.

  • Watching this made me instantly filosofise about my own martial arts training :) Absolutely beautiful! Those 34074 views + 0 dislikes totally earned! Keep it up!

  • This martial art is real beautiful, You are wonderful! I really enjoy your performance and music, too.

  • (2) how to get at sphere?...splash away at the water until u can reach the sphere.

like pushing with your palm on water, up and down, lower and lower, you match the waves you make but you manipulate it so you go lower and lower under the water. instead of just pushing down hard once or even twice cause once you do that the water envelopes you and you lose.... just thought id ad one of my thoughts.

  • (1) the fluidness, evenness of it. for second i see the art as water constantly moving around a sphere. how to beat it? maby chip away at it. attack, stop before impact, evade but stay grounded. centered without direction. continue. again pull back then MOVE FORWARD, STEADFAST to middle.

water moving around a sphere. water defends the sphere and small bursts of it offensively defend the sphere. sphere still stands.

  • Martial arts are so cool! I really love Kung Fu movies and can’t get enough of the great choreography that they have these days. I was really excited when “Films of Fury” came out on demand a little while ago because It had some really great fight sequences and movie clips!
