"天ノ弱" is phonetic-equivalent character. Pronunciation "Ama no Jaku" means originally "天邪鬼". "天邪鬼" mean, a person who used to act like a disobey it, after reviewing the behavior of others(the majority) thoughts and behavior. In other words "Contrary person" "Perversity".
I think "天の弱" mean 0:22 "はんたいことば(反対言葉("contrary words" or "opposite words")" and 2:24 "天性の弱虫(a natural weakling)"
(EndQuote)
That should help with the overall meaning of the song.
And 0:22 should actually read, "My lying self breathed a love song of contradictions" or something like that : )
I'm translating songs to practice my Japanese grammar and get used to seeing kanji, so this translation may not be the most accurate, but I do try my best~ If you wanna tell me something that's wrong with the translation, go ahead, be brutal.

I saw it labeled as "A Born Coward" somewhere, but I assumed it was a mistranslation of some sort because "Ama no" means divine or heavenly and "Jaku" means weakness. I also never saw it mentioned anywhere in Japanese places, but then again I never looked that hard. There's a line in there that I translated to "natural weakling" which is the same as " a born coward." But as far as I know, the title is Heavenly Weakness.
