  • Its called defensive skills, otherwise your opponent will just walk through you at knock you out!

  • @jacob3432 it depends on what you want your punch to be...for instance; the non telegraphic punch is fast and effective because it is a fist first punch. there is no other body movement to give it away. so it is fist-then body movement. idk about this video though... just the nt punch :)

  • why wouldnt u step and punch at the same time? that way u can adjust ur range and add power to the punch

  • In a kickboxing match you have to punch while moving this way is too slow.
