That's insane. I never though of seals going after the actual bait and not the crab. I was wondering why the crab were escaping w/o getting ripped to pieces by the seals, but I guess the seal sucking on the bait container at the end showed the true reason. Nice video! What did you use for a camera?

Should make the trap out of barbed wire .That would keep the suckers out.Maybe out of razor wire. One bite and their face would be cold slaw heheh

from what country are u from my friend? back home in the philippines they know how to culture crabs in saltwater.google jerry geronimo's "ating alamin" its about farming.i hope u get some infos there.

lols....no matter what fish you put in there...the seal well just eat it all....if you don't want seal to get in there then put chicken or turkey...trust meh....seal don't eat those stuff....imma crabber and i knoe what they want and not want...no matter what cage or how strong the cage is...the seal will just break into it...welp yeah i put fish in my metal cage and the seal broke all the hard metal and got in..but when i put turkey in there...the seal didn't even wanna come closed to it....
