The man you see is the "eyes" of the operator on the start of demolition... as the work is slow and surgical in the begining. Fortunately "Gravity" is the best friend of a demolition man. You can see that with little bites the CMU masonry block falls straight down without error. He is actually 40 to 50 feet from the drop area and quite safe. After your comment, I look at it differently and wow, he looks like he is right under the debris, but he is quite safe... Thank you for the comments! EJ
