NOTE ON THIS VIDEO: This "Machinima" was shot in June 2011 as the first progress report of an online virtual social world being built for the young men of DeMolay International by Boston Light Storytellers. This world is not a game or an ad, but a "development platform" for an immersive learning environment that's designed to facilitate collaboration, teach leadership skills, and foster the ideals of Knighthood that are the foundation of DeMolay. In beta testing now, it will be rolled out in late 2011.

@Vbsd24 DeMolay International has a bank balance of about $6mil, they are using half of that over the course of the next three years in advertising, media, this game, and even commissioning 3 master-level paintings to promote The Order of DeMolay. While this may seem big if you compare it to everything else they're going to do it's really not that expensive.

The money put into this could have been used soo much more efficiently for the order. We don't need to attract a hundred gamers that like runescape graphics; I also don't think we should be shifting communication to video game use. This would have been kinda cool 10 years ago, but I don't think it is going to work now.
