It is actually against the law to publish someone's image without their permission, not to mention on school grounds where it is assumed this child's identity is protected. It is called invasion of privacy. There is no way this kid gave you the right to put a video up of him online. If you can read this, flag the video until it gets removed. Why would you say that. Does he deserve that? DS isn't anyone's fault. It's not an error by parents and not llimited to one race, socioeconomic status...it just happens.
