Greenway Disc Golf Tournament - June 28, 2008 (Part 1 of 2)

Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District threw a free 9-hole disc golf tournament at Greenway Park in Beaverton, OR. A few local "regulars" attended to show our support to the parks department along with quite a few recreational and novice players.

It was very relaxed and we just had a good time. Here is some footage from those in my group.

Sorry for the poor video quality in spots... new camera and all and very harsh lighting conditions. :-P

@foxcore074 Yeah, most tournaments do. This wasn't really a normal tournament. It was more of a non-competitive informal event to draw more attention to the course.

@tokiojason this was a tiny, free tournament hosted by the parks dept. This group was comprised of a novice, an intermediate, a couple of advanced, and one pro.

On the 10th of Jaunary 2011 a worldwide boycott of youtube will take place.

Which means for one whole day no-one will visit youtube. This is to show the

owners of youtube, that they are turning a great video sharing site, into

a corporate money-making tool. We want vevo and other companies out.
