It is scary for them but it goes quickly and they are so much more comfortable when it is done.

FINALLY a good alpaca shearing video; you have restored my faith in the online community for not posting just bad videos. It looks like Cinnamon's second shearing would be even easier and less whiny on her end. Great Job guys!

yea hard on me cause I only do this once a year.
The shearers are doing this all the time I don't know how they keep it up. We sheared 55 this year in just under 5 hours.!

what kind of alpaca is this? the hair seems to come off in a layer, it is very cool.
