Mitsubishi ALIMASTER Series Carbide End mills -SCEM- are designed to meet the demands of the Aerospace and Semiconductor Industries. These two market segments would seem to be opposites but in reality both produce parts that require the quality, performance and consistency that ALIMASTER end mills brings to the process.

The ALIMASTER product offering is extensive with end mills engineered specifically for roughing through finishing of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys. One of secrets to ALIMASTER performance is its cross sectional flute geometry. The ALIMASTER unique flute geometry improves vibration resistance, promotes smooth chip disposal and increases cutting edge strength to prevent edge chipping. Standard in the offering are Undercut/Relieved Neck designs for machining deep wall faces.

Mitsubishi Materials ALIMASTER end mills are available in a wide range of diameters starting at 3mm. With seven unique configurations to choose from (C-2MHA, C-2SA, C-3SA, C-3SARB, C-SRA, C-MRA and C-SRARB), the ALIMASTER series of end mills may soon be your go to SCEM SOLUTION for Aluminum milling.

If you are stuck in the slow lane and need to improve your Aluminum Milling, contact your local Mitsubishi District Manager and take the ALIMASTER or AXD7000 challenge.
