@jjdelg no i can't. I tried about four times and evertime i did it said error. You can email my you tube and i can give it to you there. But i did try and post it and you tube kept saying error. I even closed the window and reopened it. It was very frustrating.

Avoid anything labelled ConAgra avoid flouride.Do not drink sodas or eat meat or consume dairy or eggs.It is all chemically saturated. Make food from scratch and do not eat fast food.I am not joking.

Ok i am not sure what the problem is but i wrote a great post and included a link to information and i keep getting error after error on you tube...what the hell.

Beyond informative. How can you not seek a change. I wish there was more on HOW to change and some more help going in that direction.
