How does this dynamic duo plan to pay the rent this new building will require? If WNET couldn't afford this space on their gigantic budget, how can GMHC possibly hope to manage it? The new space is also extremely inaccesible for clients. The walk from the subway in the winter is brutal. Maybe if Majorie Hill were less concerned about superficial concerns and spent more time fund-raising, GMHC wouldn't be in the desperate straits they currently find themselves in.

I am glad to see you guys are getting a new building. When I volunteered there, I thought the building was fine. It looks like you guys recently got some good donations.
