So the Corporations are the problem not Obama. Cisco is not paying American taxes. Cisco is not also hiring Americans at home. The problem are the companies that insist to be Non-American compliant in taxes and in hiring Americans. Take your fight to the corporations that are not doing their reasonable part. In saying that it increases the bottom line for the shareholders for companies to send jobs overseas, you're not asking why it's profitable to go through all of that work in the first place.

America is overtaxed, over regulated, and over extended all around the world. This country is a sinking ship, and those companies who're not necessarily on the inside in Washington but have their senses about them know for a fact that this country is done for regardless of who gets in office.

Taxes are lower than ever before. Many (most) large corps don't pay much if anything at all, there are so many loopholes & deductions! Corps look only at short-term profits, not long-term effects.

I agree 100% with TMOT: tax the hell out of corps who outsource & give breaks to corps who hire Americans IN America at a fair wage.

Bring our jobs home & invest in American innovation that stays in America.

@SportsAndWebCzar Agreed. Look at the state of IL. The state lost about 85,000 jobs this year. 9.9% unemployment. IL. is in very bad shape. Right after increasing the corporate tax rate, and state income tax. IL has one or the highest corporate tax.
