Model Rocket Launches

This is a series of three model rocket launches. The first one performed perfectly. The second rocket is Mini Max which takes the smaller engines. I put in a 1/2 engine because of wind and it was not able to push the parachute out. It was originally designed for streamer recovery but my boys like the parachutes so we put in a 12" chute. It worked great on a previous launch.
The last one is Star Stryker which is a payload rocket. We either positioned the wadding wrong or didn't get enough in there because the parachute melted a little bit and converted to tumble recovery. I've never had a "C" engine land so close to the launch site! Always something new to learn in model rocketry.
