In 1954, Roger Bannister was the first man to run a sub-4-minute mile. Within 3 years, 16 other runners had also. The psychological barrier had been broken.

The one arm handstand pushup holds a similar mystique. While some say it is impossible, others are busy training for it.

I've been working my one arm handstand a lot, and my pressing strength is the best it has been. Here now is some work with the assisted one arm handstand pushup. I'll say I prefer the 2-3 finger assist the best.

  • Okay so, as far as i understand it, you were the model for ConvictConditioning yes? I'm just curious. Can paul wade (if he really exists and isn't just a device for the book) actually do all the master steps in the book. And if so why isn't he pictured?

  • @ConnorRunsFree Yes, I was just the model. I didn't write a single word of that book (except my bio). I believe that Paul Wade is a real person. Can he do everything? There are no witnesses/videos, as he claims it's because he was in prison during his physical peak. He's not pictured because he's older, can't do these things now, and it wouldn't sell books. I signed on for the project after DragonDoor sponsored it, as I greatly appreciate their company. Any more questions, feel free to email me.

  • @BeastSkills I will also say, I received payment for my modeling time (of which the pictures I took all myself), but I do not receive any sort of commission whatsoever on copies of the book. I thought it was a good project to associate with at the time. I respectfully declined inclusion in Convict Conditioning 2, as well any related videos.

  • @RajaJayasinghe I used to be a small lump of meat, so it's good to see I'm making progress somewhere.

  • @I9hate9usernames I've seen the video of Yuri. It's an awesome move, but there's a kick. I want to see if it's possible without help from the legs.

The whole "monks have done this before" argument is tired.
