may i ask why arn't u using a hack saw? does it really need to be that accurate?

Sure, some of that could be roughed in with a hacksaw. It's just a matter of whether you prefer chocolate or strawberry.

@TomOswald It seems like a lot of this work (which is exceptional, by the way) can be done a lot faster with a dremel tool. Is there a reason you use hand tools?

@BryceSommer I guess it's for the same reasons some of us ride bicycles and not motorcycles. And why I drink my beer from a pint glass rather than a funnel. Speed is not always the goal. Focusing more on the "going" and less on the "getting there" can bring you to some very interesting places.

im actually in process of building my own frame for my dream fixie, quick question did you buy the lugs already welded in those angles? or did you make those yourself

Those particular lugs are investment cast. The angles can be changed by a degree or so if needed.
