I know you are looking out for me :). I think it's great people are finding some substance in my vids to keep them beyond the 2 minute attention span. Who knew?
I have been thinking a lot about what you said about exercise being first and now you have given me two ways to visualize it. I have been feeling sooo much better since I started power walking last week. Today, I was visualizing all the little blood cells rushing through my body, delivering oxygen to all the parts that are neglected. I just feel so much more alive when I get some activity every day.
i would forget the 2 min rule, its dumb. its not like you ramble off topic. i just found your videos and i watched them all in one sitting, so if i can sit and watch/ listen to them all, its obviously not bad. you are an inspiration to me!!!

I am glad you are exercising. I am glad I am staying consistent. It's hard to start back up after being sedentary!
