Oh gosh - another one that sounds really good. I'm going to have to start making this instead of my daughter buying regular ice cream. This will be a lot healthier. Thanks for sharing. That little girl is adorable!

@blakkandi ok thanks again! tonight Im gonna freeze it and try the ice cream! I have everything for the coffe shake also. You were right I did not see tasters choice so I got the one you suggested. toodles! btw I see my surgeon tommorow so I feel better walking inthere telling him Im aleast on my way to getting my protein in per day.
