Breath of Fire IV on PSP

Just me playing some BOF4 on PSP. This was the first game that I successfully ripped for PSP - I was so stoked!!

I used Ice Tea 1.3 to convert the .bin file and the background and icon in the game select screen (shown at end of video)

I am running CFW 3.90 m33-3, and in this vid the game is on Popsloader 3.40. In some areas the game glitches going into battle, I have to use 3.03 whenever it does.

I might make a couple of tutorial vids if a couple people ask for them.

and Ive used both Popstation GUI and PSX2PSP to make the eboot file, but still nothing.

Are you trying to play psx games that you've played before? Or are they new ones?

Have you tried using popsloader to play psx games? That might work....

I had 5.50 Gen d-3 a minute ago and try different methods I found searching and nothing worked... somewhere I read that this CFW wont play it that I need to upgrade or downgrade.... Im not a fan of going down soo I fully upgraded to latest CFW 6.60 and still get the same problem.. game freezes at PS1 Logo ><

@genjutsugaara i have 5.50 gend3 and it works for me. you gotta find which popsloader is works with. try around 3.70 and up. sometimes it takes a while for it to go from the ps screen onto the actual game. maybe 15 sec. but it took me a while to find the right popsloader version that will work wiht this game on gend3

i can't use a custom firmware (stupid psp slim and lite), how should i get my bof4 in my psp? cause i don't know if it is in the playstation store
