Please everyone be careful if you are going to spin with your hands in that position not to grip with the bottom hand, only use it for support. If you grip too hard with that bottom hand you really risk injuring your wrist!

@SleazyVixen If you only got your pole yesterday and haven't had lessons these will be quite difficult, but keep practising, they are very rewarding when you get them. Start with more basic spins (standing spin, hooks etc), and floating spins (chair etc) help with getting the right movement for bracket spins

I'm sure they are called different things, pole dancing has not been around long enough for people to put together an "official manual"
