@Warsrogue I think Duncan would really dig the motorcycle thing, but he's not entirely convinced just yet! :)

You guys are an inspiration

A dual sport bike would be easy & cheap to keep if you have a hitch carrier.(Dr 650 or klr 650) Plus you can take nice rides through the forest etc. Having a car toad means more money a month for insurance, gas, maintenance. If you dont spend it you dont have to make it..

On one note, 3 dogs can easily live in a ClassC with their humans! Some ClassC's actually have the same floorplans as an A does. It's all personal preference & what your comfort level is on living in & driving specific rigs.

@ReignBeauHounds Wow 3 dogs! All the class Cs we were looking at didn't have slides so I think three medium sized dogs might be a bit much for me personally. :)

What about health insurance? Do you buy your own? What do you use for a "residence" address? We have property, and want to bounce back and forth between them with an RV. But we wouldn't have a permanent "residence" for DL and school, and other official documents.. What would we do about that?

@poormancooking We currently go without health insurance but many people use Blue cross blue shield. As for a permanent address, can you use your property as your permanent address? If not, there are mail forwarding companies that cater specifically to RVers.

Have you heard of groups like 'Escapees' ? I've been looking at them closely and almost certain to join them. I like the fact they'll help creating 'residency' in Texas (which has no state income tax). Do you have any trouble workamping and state residency?? Is there a time limit you can work before having to be a resident of the state you're in??

@zumadale We currently use our parents addresses in FL for permanent residency. As for working in one state and living in the another, we've never had a problem working up to 6 months. Taxes might be different though.
