I thought that's what has been happening over the last 20 years. From 4 metros in pre-47 era (Del, Kol, Mum, Chen), we have three new tier two cities that have almost become metros now (Hyd, Bangy, Pune).. and then Delhi expanded to the NCR, which includes Noida and Gurgaon. Now we're having Lucknow, Indore, Ahm'd coming up.. and Coim'tore, Kochi, Nagpur in the next leg. So this presentation, albeit well-made and well-put, harps on the obvious!

@iam7lucky oh ok, misunderstanding. yes I've heard about the hilltop construction developments etc. Seems like this world is getting more complicated and smaller. God knows.

@DaRealDeal2008 I did not say anything about agricultural lands. In vishakapatnam they are building SEZs on hill tops where its all barren ..I fully agree that agricultural lands should not be converted...
