Beckman Institute Cognitive Neuroscience group member Torrey M. Loucks presents his research in sixty seconds. His fields of professional interest are the neural control of speech and voice production in the normally developing system, sensorimotor integration for speech production in children and adults, speech motor learning in normally fluent individuals and persons who stutter, and neurological voice disorders. Loucks is a professor of Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
