Four Roses Speak Easy with Soul Clap

Bourbon-based parties continue in the capital.....

Four Roses, one of the leading purveyors of bourbon in the UK, presents the next instalment in the series of very special gigs in London. Inspired by the drink's heritage during America's prohibition years, 'Four Roses Speakeasy' is a series of intimate, "illicit" experiences for those that like to cut against the grain and discover all that's new and exciting.

The fourth instalment of these popular gigs comes all the way from Boston, bringing the heritage of the early 1900 blind pig drinking dens with a modern twist. Curated by Jaime Ritchie, famed for introducing some of the biggest acts in the world to London at the infamous T Bar venue, Four Roses will be taking over Red Gallery in Shoreditch. The gig will recreate the feel of speakeasies and blind pig's gone by for this very intimate night with Boston's Soul Clap alongside Strictly Rhythm's Ben Westbeech and Rocketnumbernine, currently touring with Four Tet.

This is going to be a seriously relaxed evening of soulful, slow, music and smooth drinks with a few surprises thrown in on the night. Soul Clap has sold out venues all across London for the last few years and this is a fantastic opportunity to see them in a different way.

The three events previously were designed to be experienced by a few, but told to many. Held at three venues across East London, each has been curated by some of music's most revered artists and musical influencers including Trojan records, Johnno Burgess of Bugged Out fame and Bill Brewster.
