Great Drill! This kid has skills for sure... I agree with most when it comes to practicing with wood! Nobody steps in my cage with metal!! They are all better hitters for it.

Check out the QB Drill and Step through Drill...There is also a balance point drill in the SwingAway Hitting Drills that may help you keep your balance rather than lunging forward.
