@paulhb If im a fan, i would want the northwestern kid never to want to come back. watch the game from at home but to come sit in the middle of the student section in a conference game basically makes you an asshole. which they responsibly informed the northwestern kid of.

@kdefo13 I'll pass on that. Being hospitable is the right thing to do. Home field advantage has nothing to do with being crass. It has more to do with rattling the opponent by being loud on third and long. My team's rival is Nebraska and when I go Lincoln to watch a game they are stellar, knowledgeable fans. Emphasis is on knowledge of the game and good sportsmanship. But if yelling some pointless thing like that makes you feel better, go for it, but don't expect me to think it is cool.
