Paterson, NJ Building Collapse 10-27-09 *Part 2*

Video taken at the scence of the building collapse in Paterson on the night of October 27, 2009. The response was massive, brining in an entire UASI (Urban Area Security Initiative) response, minus Bayonne's UASI rig. The building was an 8 story abandoned structure resting on the site of St. Joseph's Hospital. It was in the process of being torn down but collapsed tonight due to unknown reasons.

I'm not exactly sure what was there but my videos show the following apparatus..........

-North Hudson Regional Fire Department (USAR)
-New Jersey State Police Task Force 1 (USAR)

If I left anyone out I'm sorry, the scene was very hectic.

e are 9 USAR Rigs in the area not including the 2 rigs the New Jersey State Police use for USAR and the 3 Mass care Units operated by UMDNJ Hospital in Newark. Out of the nine USAR rigs in the area, 7 were called into respond, not including the response of the New Jersey State Police Task Force One. The only one not asked not to roll was Bayonne and another rig of which I don't know.***
