Nissan Murano Secret Diagnostic Menu

This works on any Nissan Murano, as far as I know (including the older models with monocrome "orange" display). With the engine running and the stereo "off," hold down preset #4 while rotating the volume knob counterclockwise (about 30 clicks), until you hear a short "beep." You're in. Have fun! I take no responsibility for damage to your vehicle if something goes horribly wrong (though there does not appear to be anything that can be changed from here, but proceed with caution anyway).

Yes, it's mine. I haven't made a review video because there's a ton of good info out there. I try to limit my videos to stuff that hasn't already been done, or there is little coverage of. Thanks for the comment!

I looked it up and IVCS stands for "Integrated Voice Communications System".

My Mazda3 has some diagnostics for the radio (signal strength meter, LCD test, speaker test, etc.) but nothing as fancy as this -- although it doesn't have auto climate control, navigation, or other frills, so there's not much else to test anyway.

No, IVCS was bascially the Nissan/Infiniti version of OnStar. It never took off and ended up being discontinued.
