  • sloppy smh

  • @badkidd77 I guess I missed the kata you posted. Thanks for the comment!

  • Very nice performance. I use to practice Okinawa Kenpo formally but I stopped because of too many things to do as I got older. I got to 1st degree black belt and even though I don't train formally anymore I still train myself in what I learned always trying to perfect my techniques. Again awesome performance.

  • @yahooman64 Very nice of you to leave that comment. Thank you, but it is far from awesome - we just keep working...

  • just wondering, is this gonzales doing this kata?

  • Sorry, I accidentally removed your other question. This is a guy who has been studying Okinawa kenpo since the mid 80-s when living in Yomitan, Okinawa. I have been fortunate enough to study under Odo Sensei, Gonzales Sense, Spain Sensei, Chambers Sensei, Cannarsa Sensei, and had some pretty great discussions with Branchaud Sensei and others. I am currently living in Hawaii.

  • I agree, it is a good reasonable answer to what I thought at first to be too quick a kata. The battle is of course in the mind of the practictioner.

  • all your katas are the same syle i learned... lot of power... reminds me a lot of sensei coffin whom i hold in the highest regard...

  • im 15 and my instructor who does tang soo doo taught me this form and i though it looked very good the way you did it. very practical. good job(:

  • I'm not sure what you mean by the correct stances. In reviewing the video again, I can see where a couple of times my stances were less than perfect, but I don't think they are incorrect. Also, could you clarify leg swings? Thank you for your comment.

  • you have a good reasonable answer
