1. Oh, the church of Christ is glorious, and we are part of it- We're so happy that the Lord has made us one! There's a Body in the universe and we belong to it- Hallelujah, for the Lord has made us one! Hallelujah for the Body! We are members of the Body! We are wholly for the Body! Hallelujah, for the Lord has made us one! 2. Not just individual Christians, but a corporate entity- God must have it for His full expression now; Not just individual churches but the Body corporately- Hallelujah, we are in the Body now! Hallelujah for the Body! Satan trembles at the Body! We're victorious in the Body! Hallelujah, we are in the Body now!

@minchihchao Not exactly sure what you said, but Yes, as long as our focus is always on Jesus. His church is certainly is bride, though an imperfect one which He will one day make perfect. I agree with you that all glory, honor, and adoration should be given to Jesus, not His church, Be blessed!

@dmdk66 That is why the Lord asked Saul,"...Saul, why are you persecuting Me?" (Acts 9:4) That the Lord shall not be glorified objectively. Just as mingling with the saints and enjoying the Lord is a body matter, the Lord being glorified through His Body is also a body matter, except in the Godhead as the object of worship. For He who answered to those who have given Him a drink, "...inasmuch as you have done it to one of these, the least of My brothers, you have done it to Me." (Matt. 25:40)

@chicagomanhydepark you're taking a verse out of context. Amos 6:5 is talking about those are using music in abusive ways, being lazy and not honoring the Lord. If you go to Psalm 150 and other Psalms, the whole passage is about praising the Lord with the musical instrument. If you're going to use the O.T. in an argument, you better be able to accept all of the O.T. Be blessed

Sing with the Spirit.....Neither is worshipped with men' hands. These scriptures need to be repeated from the leadership at this congregation. All the New Testament speaks on is singing. Jesus is coming soon, lets get ready saints. Ask questions, read the scriptures, repeat the scriptures, pray, & use your sword instead of submitting to any way that is manmade. Even if its our own brethren.

ACTS.17:25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things.

ICorinthians.14:15 What is it then? I will pray with the Spirit, and I will pray with the unserstanding also: I will sing with the Spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

This is the ordinance that God set in "His Church", and it must be respected and obeyed in order for God to accept the worship, & so one can continue the fellowship.
