do you feel something pull you back
or do you just close your eyes and fall through

great ribbon white cloud
you beat against my tired eyes
giant black boulder mountain
you see all my fears and lies

tell me, do you have any dreams
do you have any love
is everything to you as it seems
do you believe in a god above

i've tried to find the right words
but they always twist and fade
an' I can tell by the look on your face
that I must now be on my way

as I go all the trees turn red
the forest spreads sorrow to my mind
but I thank you for all you've done
for unto me I know you've tried to be kind

and I'll walk these concrete streets
against the cold wind of their words
and I know they stare through my face
I just smile and pretend it don't hurt

you have a hundred thousand rivers
golden valleys and deep blue seas
you've walked through the magical forest
you've touched all the flowers and trees

millions of stars, blackness and moons
you're everything that's ever been
an' I know I'll be seeing you soon
I'll lay down and you can have all of me
