Il est génial ce petit air ! Merci !

I had not heard this piece until this hearing. Thank you for bringing this delightful piece to YouTube for us all to enjoy.

Now this is the way I like it. Your tempo and touch work with the reverb time; in a way, you are playing the reverberation and letting it breathe. And the fact that you shortened it is icing on the cake.

I'm curious: Where would this music be played?
It doesn't seem dance-able, at least under my limited idea of what dancing is, but it's very perky. Anyone know what it was for?

wonderful *****

The seven people who didn't like this were actually deafmute city workers in the sewer department. They were having a quiet party one night, got bored, and watched YouTube. They couldn't hear the music, but they DO love to vote.

Stafanussen how can I purchase one of these computer organ for my home?
I thought I had once said this here.
But What I do on this piece is, when you start- I like your registration, but when you switch manuals- to a louder registration- I always try to get at least a 16' reed in the pedal to really bring that out. Although I try a 32 reed because I use a much fuller organ than what is used here.
Still absolutly perfect- much better than me!
Thanks

Hi Brandon, I have not tried a 16' reed, but I don't think it would give the right sound. I guess that's a subjective thing, but I just don't think it would sound right since the melody is not in the pedals. Maybe you could post a recording sometime so I can hear how it sounds.

Also, regarding "fullness" though I hesitate to compare my instrument to a real pipe organ, you may want to check the specs again. Pasi Opus 14 is 55 stops and the Pécsi-Mühleisen featured in this video is 92 stops.
I would think that a 32' reed would almost certainly not yield the classical, Mozart-like sound Kellner was aiming for with this composition.
In any case, I hope my response is not taken as confrontational, your comments are always appreciated!

Are you using touch screens for your rig?
Tetsuo315 2 years ago
Yes, the screens on either side are touch screens, allowing for easy control of the stop jambs.

Thanks Lance, I'm glad you enjoy this posting! I was never quite sure about this one. It's a personal favorite of mine, but it's not well known, and hardly considered a "barn burner"
