SYNOSPIS
Julia is an inattentive and hyperactive child. Many children like her are called "brats": children who don't obey rules, who don't respect any authority and who don't really pay attention to anyone or anything.
Amongst all these brats there are, however, a few who have a real clinical psychiatric disorder: ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. A real nervous malfunction or an excuse to give medications and drugs? The evaluation rate regarding population varies from 1% (in Italy) to 10% (in USA).
This movie is about Julia's story and the difficulty other families have in therir request for help, being understood, gaining information... and solution to their problems.
