I agree with everything that was said except that all Mexicans are involved. I know for a fact that this is not true. You have a largely un armed population that are powerless to do anything. One other thing that needs to be adresses is the fact that these cowards would be powerless without good ole fashion American pie money. Its called supply and demand.
