  • Solid State Tesla Coil ftw

  • Bear in mind RF current as from tesla coils runs over the skin and not though vital organs, although RF burns are still possible if not careful.

  • I'd guess a TC behind the plywood.

  • Nice exp.

can u explain how u did it?

  • It's not very dangerous. I'm guessing that he's using a Tesla coil or an ion generator, which both have voltages in the way of 15kV and, for Tesla coils, up to a few million volts. He has one lead of the transformer hooked up to his body and the other lead hooked up to the plate/wall that he's putting the light bulb next to.

It's actually a very impressive trick, albeit a simple one.

  • dude, what the hell did you hang up there? isnt it dangerous?

  • So I assume your body is the conductor of the high frequency electricity?

  • looks like a solid state tesla coil or a vacuum tube coil

  • What is on the wall or ceiling that you

are holding the bulb up to?

  • how did you do that and is that a wall or a speacial arc plate
