Yes & the US sold Saddam many of the Weapons to invade Kuwait! Also, America was selling Iraq weapons and buying Saddam's oil in the 1980's, while Saddam was launching POISON gas attacks on his own people in Iraq. Then, in the early 1990’s Saddam began to disobey and challenge the United States, so the US responded by calling Saddam a mad man and they condemned him for the POSINOUS gas attacks. But, the fact is that America was an accomplice in those crimes against humanity!
