@hrosemd copy machines.....the secret service is always in attendance at the product shows.

Haha, well to each their own. Perhaps it appeals more to me since I am younger and have a more nihilistic viewpoint on the world.

A couple other good counterfeiting films that I would recommend are Purple Noon, and one which probably everyone knows, Catch Me If You Can.

Did the federal reserve promptly hire this guy? Thankfully I'm out of the dollar...(well for the most part)...

Spot on dash.. This is a brilliant analogy for the fiat currency in so many ways.. Most importantly, it illustrates its a fucking criminal making as much money that he wants and needs. Another hidden analogy is that no one is around and suspect of his secretive motives them bastards.

Do you think anyone would be counterfeiting $20's nowadays?

Brings new meaning to the the phrase 'make money'. It got me thinking about how money really is just green paper when you get down to it but we are so used to it having value (agreed upon) that it almost seems intrinsic. A hundred dollar bill feels different than a one dollar bill for instance.
Judging by your favorite scenes you've got good taste in movies dashxdr. Do you have a favorite director? Mine's Stanley Kubrick.
Willem Dafoe is an excellent actor although I have never seen his work in this particular film. If you're a fan of his definitely check out Antichrist. It's about human nature, and quite a dark insight into many deep philosophical subjects, but well worth the time if you're not afraid of a little extreme, and perhaps vulgar cinematography that the director Lars Von Trier subjects his audience to. It's still being screened at film festivals, but if you are familiar with torrents...well.

Boy that movie stunk. Whatever message they wanted to convey is not worth knowing if you have to endure that movie to learn it.
