Pro-Choice presence at the annual 'March for Life' (part 3)

Before he got within camera range, this man was heard saying, "I've got 6 kids. This is my baby. (pointing to the child on his shoulders) Don't kill my baby."

The phrasing he used as he passed by me was, "I have 6 kids. Don't kill him."

It wasn't until we debriefed after the protest that we realized exactly what he had been implying.

Every year church groups, religious clubs and Catholic school students gather to protest womens' reproductive freedom.

I was able to join a peaceful, Pro-Choice counter-protest. We were allowed to stand on the sidewalk while the 'March for Life' went by. A row of bike Police in flourescent lime jackets stood between we 36 - 45 Pro-Choicers and 8,000+ 'Pro-Life' marchers.

This video highlights one of the many reasons why I believe so much in reproductive freedom and justice.

Maybe this video isn't clear.

I was there, and fact-checked with others before adding captions. The man with the small boy on his shoulders told us, "This is my baby. Don't kill my baby" while pointing up at the child. The father implied we wanted to murder his son - which is false & irresponsible. The child seems very young. It's unlikely he understood what was going on around him.

In order to further his own agenda, a father cast me in his young child's nightmares.

I'm glad you're leaving tomasJS post up, just so people can see what kind of nut jobs some of the anti-choice folk are. His lightly veiled death threats sound ominous but, he is hiding behind his computer. In real life he would be afraid to look you in the eye. hahahaha
