@eatsumsoup Dude they're both great bands, no point in comparing them both because they're different types, ones a sort of metal and the other is more aggressive metal. The other thing is Metallica went on for alot longer than Slipknot so naturally they should have more songs and therefore some better ones. But in my opinion Slipknot are better.

Slipknot is nothing close. Forget the stats cos Metallica wins hands down there, but c'mon, the fucking music.. Metallica makes GREAT songs- Master Of Puppets, Nothing Else Matters, Fade To Black, heavy as balls- Harvester Of Sorrow, Sad But True, Blackened, Leper Messiah. The riffs- HIt The Lights, Seek And Destroy, That Was Just Your Life. But the HUGE thing Metallica has that Slipknot ain't- fucking melody. "Snuff" is fucking shite. Don't even compare the two!
