The Walmart jerky had some ingredients that I'm trying to stay away from I believe.

I'm glad I made this decision :) It's not as tough as you might think ,but it does take some planning.

Thanks for taking the time to do all of this for us. My surgery is scheduled for March 24th and I'm looking ahead to get over the fear of it all. I'm excited but as you know this is a big deal! Thanks! :-)

I will be doing another one this Friday,so be on the lookout for that one. You will do just fine :) It just takes some getting used to the new way of eating. Keep us posted on your progress ok ?

Thanks for doing the videos it gave me great info. Im eating organtic foods too . As for the tea the cinnamon wow i drink that all the time it is soo good. I cant drink anything lately but hot tea, caf free coffee, and water, the crystal lights and other drinks that are like that i cant drink. it is way too sweet. I stay away from bread, rice, pasta and all potatoes. i mostley just stay with veggies and meats. Ur looking great.

Thank you! I'm glad you're eating more natural foods too. I just feel like I should put the best things in my body since I'm not eating that much anyway.

great videos! i am also trying to eat natural / less processed foods / less artificial ingredients. i found some great natural chicken sausage at whole foods last week. and some low sugar organic granola.
the only foods i am eating now with lots of ingredients i cant pronounce are my protein bars and the crystal-light type on-the-go packets for bottled water.
