Dog from 54 Redwood Drive, Hagerstown, MD in my yard again on Jan 1, 2010

Neighbor's dog's paw prints in snow in my yard. Neighbor is very consistent in breaking the laws and warnings of the Washington County SPCA animal control officers by letting his dog run loose in the neighborhood and not keeping it on a leash. I have confirmed this with other neighbors who have told me they have seen the dog running loose in neighborhood just about everyday. Basically, he is too lazy to put the dog on the leash and opens the back yard so he can deficate in my yard.

I HATE when ppl cant keep their dogs in their own yards...or worse when ppl walk dogs without leashes. i love dogs. i own two American pitbull terriers. but there is just never an opportunity for them to roam free or ne thing like that. for a while a German Shepperd pup was running around town. always coming in my yard when i am out making my two dogs all wild and rambunctious. but yeah dogs that are able to just run around like that def one of my biggest pet peeves.
