Dennis Say was the voices of all the characters including the narrator. Dennis had marvelous tenor voice and was of Jack Benny;s best characters on his shows. Dennis died 4 years ago.

I love this...they mention the Bible and he says "the Lord's been good to me". you won't find that in things these days. I long for the older times when things were good and everyone knew what was true and right.

I loved this growing up! Thank you! *tear* Does anyone know which old disney movie has the couple that was going by carriage through the snow, they had a picture frame with cameos of themselves and they were ice skating together. I think it was a short.

@MrAndrewsaccount92 Can't remember now, I made that comment a while ago. 7:45 kind of reminded me of Herc's trip to Zeus's temple. Herc and Johnny seemed to have kind of similar personalities, humble but wanting to excel. I guess the animation wasn't as similar as I thought it was a few months ago, but his movements look a bit like Herc's (though it might just come from them both being kind of scrawny).

@conservative59 Or at least had better respect for it than they do today! Walt Disney, who was very devote of the faith outside his career (this short is an exception though), would be crushed if he saw what Hollywood, even his own studio is doing these days! It's better to disregard the faith (at certant times) than to oppose it, or act against it!
