I'm glad you have such a good sense of humor. I did that once when I was a kid. On Easter I ate chocolate laxatives thinking it was candy. Bad, bad experience!

I'm sorry about your experience in the store, but admire you for seeing the funny side of it and not giving in. I know you have to be careful with juice fasting and liver complaints, might be worth looking into. Wonder if it might be worth having more celery for the salt intake, but I'm new to this too, so got no good advice. a lot of people on the reboot comunity are very knowledgeable though and would probably know what to do. Have you thought of signing up there? Good luck anyway.

hello- no video last night because day 7 was breakfast.... I was diagnosed with some gallstones and, while in and of themselves they pose no serious problems, fasting and/or rapid weight loss causes MORE gallstones... as I'm completely uninsured, I can't risk requiring surgery that would run me over $10,000.... so for now I'm eating vegan and very healthy again. really disappointed but I'm glad I got to do it a week... boy a tiny portion of food fills me completely now! lol
