After 20 years of trying to "make it"' as a musician, I've decided to SELL-OUT and write a pop song!

I first read Millar and Romita's "Kick-Ass" last year and found it, among other things (grotesquely violent, obscene, funny and kind of sad) to be quite inspiring. After reading it a second time last month, I decided to write a song about it. Well, the song is more "inspired by" the motives of the main character, than actually based on the events of the story. Never-the-less, I loved the story and its sympathetic, if slightly pathetic, protagonist. So, without further adieu, I give you "the Ballad of Kick-Ass"!

Enjoy!

(A studio mp3 should be available shortly...)

ps - yeah, all of the comics (graphic novels...) in the background are kind of cheezy, but I wanted to establish my geek-cred for those who haven't figured it out already... nuff said!
